Project Overview
Taking on the mantle of a designer, my objective was to not only captivate attendees but also encapsulate the very essence of the Penrod Art Fair. Drawing inspiration from the bold yet simple aesthetics of movie posters, I embarked on crafting a central concept that would truly resonate. Guided by this vision, I conceptualized an illustrative portrayal of a man embarking on a journey towards the fair, serving as the focal point of the design. To infuse the artwork with a sense of vitality, I skillfully employed textured backgrounds and a vibrant palette of playful colors, evoking the ambiance of a sun-drenched day. Going the extra mile, I also fashioned an alternative version tailored for nighttime events, ensuring a seamless complement to the daytime design. As the pieces came together, a whimsically designed concept emerged – one that harmoniously captured the vibrancy and essence of the Penrod Art Fair, promising an engaging and immersive experience for all.
