Project Overview
In my capacity as the lead designer, I played a pivotal role in both communication and design execution within the team. A primary responsibility entrusted to me was to provide clear directives, ensuring a cohesive vision while compiling essential assets that fellow designers could seamlessly build upon. My collaboration extended extensively to both the client and project manager, resulting in the formulation of streamlined user experience strategies that not only elevated the end product but also enhanced organizational efficiency. Recognizing the importance of teamwork, I fostered a culture of collaboration among team members, which ultimately contributed to the on-time completion of projects.
